How does the free consultation work?
We come to your home, take measurements, discuss your style preferences and functional needs, and walk you through product samples — all at no cost and no obligation. Most consultations last about 45 minutes to an hour.
How long does installation take?
Most window treatment installations take 2–4 hours depending on the number of windows. Custom closets and Murphy beds typically take a full day. We handle everything from start to finish.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, Leland, Hampstead, and surrounding communities in the Cape Fear region.
Do you offer child-safe and pet-friendly options?
Absolutely. We carry cordless, motorized, and cord-safe designs from Hunter Douglas, Norman, and other trusted brands that meet the highest safety standards for homes with children and pets.
Can I visit the showroom without an appointment?
Yes! Our Hanover Center showroom is open to walk-ins during business hours. We recommend scheduling an appointment if you'd like dedicated one-on-one time with a design consultant.
