Do you have a showroom where I can see your products?
We absolutely do! Visit our new showroom in Hanover Shopping Center, across from Independence Mall in Wilmington, NC. We showcase Hunter Douglas, Norman, Pro Design, and Alta window coverings, as well as murphy beds, custom closets, garage systems, and home organization products from More Space Place. We can’t wait to show you around!

How do I determine what type of window treatments I need?
Our experienced design consultants will introduce you to all our products and learn about your priorities to recommend project solutions that meet your needs and budget. It’s another reason why working with a Gallery is so important. You don’t have to be a product expert. Leave that to us!
Can adding window treatments save money on my electricity bill?
Absolutely! In fact, we have multiple solutions that can save you up to 20% off your energy consumption. Some of our products even offer a Federal Tax Credit!
I already know what window treatments I want. Do I still need a consultation?
Our no-obligation consultations greatly benefit you. Window covering products are constantly changing and being enhanced with advanced technology and functionality. We offer many product options, but we also offer different brand options. Your consultation ensures you are getting a product you’re excited about that meets your window’s needs within your budget. Our priority is you and it all begins with a complementary consultation.

How can you help me with home organization? What products do you offer?
Home organization is another one of our specialties. We have solutions for all your spaces, beginning with custom closets, murphy beds, custom pantries, garage systems and so much more. If you need a craft room or home office, call us. Or even better, come to our new showroom to see it all. Our new showroom in Hanover Center is unmatched in Wilmington. We can’t wait to meet you.
How do I design my custom closet?
That’s the magic, you don’t have to stress about your closet plan. Our designers will come to your home to view your space and discuss what is and what isn’t working for you. It’s why you partner with a specialized Gallery. We know how to combine functionality and beauty, leaving you free to focus on selecting one of the many finishes and accessories we have to offer.
I don’t want to dedicate a whole room to guests that only come twice a year. Can you help?
Murphy beds are the perfect solution. We will customize your project to include a murphy bed to fit your space and goals. Do you want a craft room or a home office? We can help. Close the bed so you can use the space any way you want, but when guests do arrive they will be comfortable in our beautiful murphy beds complete with a quality Serta mattress. We have 10 murphy beds incorporated into a beautiful new showroom. We can’t wait to show you all the configurations and options to elevate your space.
I don’t have a walk-in closet, can you still help me with closet organization?
Absolutely! We can help with any size closet or project. Customizing smaller closets significantly improves functionality. You’ll want us to help with all your closets once you experience the difference customization makes.

How much does a consultation cost?
Our consultations for any project are free of charge and there is never any obligation to purchase. It’s part of our commitment to serve our community. Your project is our priority.
Does it matter how large or small my project is?
Not at all, we work on projects of any size. Our goal is to help you find a product you’re excited about within a comfortable budget.
How should I prepare for the consultation? Should I bring anything?
Whether your initial meeting is in our showroom or at your home, we have everything needed to get you started. If you have inspiration photos, plans, or anything similar, feel free to bring those along, but they are not required.
What is your design process?
Whether you’re looking at custom window coverings, home organization needs, or murphy and chest beds, we will meet with you to determine the best products that fit your needs.
How long does design and installation take?
We can move as quickly as you wish for the design stage. Once your project is finalized and ordered, production time and installation depend on the specific product. We will guide you on timelines for each of your projects.
Do you offer any type of warranty?
Absolutely! Our products have the best warranties in the industry. Additionally, a benefit of working with a gallery is we handle any warranty issues that may arise over the years. We hope it doesn’t happen, but if you need us, we’re here. As a family-owned business for almost 30 years, we are committed to serving our clients well past installation.
Do you offer financing?
